To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the service cost will be charged to your card at the time of booking. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from accommodating other clients. We appreciate your understanding.
To ensure a personalized and thorough consultation process, we kindly request clients arrive 15 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. This allows us to fully understand your needs and tailor the treatment accordingly.
Late Arrival Policy
If client arrives late, service time may be reduced if another appointment is booked immediately afterward. If there is no appointment scheduled after, the full service time will still be provided.
