SMS / Text Messaging Terms & Conditions

These terms describe the text message program operated by ADVANCED PMU COSMETICS INC. DBA AM Perfect Spa (“AM Perfect Spa”, “we”, “us”).

1. Program description

AM Perfect Spa sends text messages to guests who ask to receive them. Depending on what you opt in to, messages may include appointment reminders and confirmations, membership and spa-credit updates, and occasional news about promotions, events, and seasonal offers.

2. How to opt in

Consent is always something you give us — we never add a number on your behalf. You may opt in by:

Ticking the optional text-message consent box when you join the Am Membership Club at membership.amperfectspa.com/join;
Ticking the optional marketing-messages box when booking an appointment online or confirming your client details with us;
Ticking the optional text-message consent box on a form at our front desk; or
Asking a team member in person or by phone to add you.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to receive text messages in order to book an appointment, buy a gift card, join the membership, or receive any service from AM Perfect Spa. Declining changes nothing about the service you receive.

3. Message frequency

Message frequency varies. Appointment-related messages are sent as needed around your visits; promotional messages are sent no more than approximately 4 times per month.

4. Cost

Message and data rates may apply. AM Perfect Spa does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard messaging and data rates may apply. Contact your carrier for details about your plan.

5. How to opt out — reply STOP

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You will receive a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and we will send no further text messages unless you opt in again. You may also ask any team member, or email [email protected], to be removed.

7. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed.

8. Privacy

No mobile information will be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party except the messaging service providers who help us deliver the messages you asked for. 9. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide.
